Ever wondered how do all these nail art lovers maintain healthy white nails? Does your nail polish leave a yellow stain on your nails? Is the household work causing your nails to turn yellow?

Things you will need:
1. Some salt
2. Some lemon juice
3. Olive oil (or a good hand cream)

Wash your hands with soap and water and pat dry. Then
1. Take half a lemon and squeeze out all the juice - keep the juice aside to add to your salad or for some other purpose - we only need the rind!
2. Dip the lemon rind into some salt and gently rub it on your nails. Use gentle circular strokes rubbing the salt all over the nail surface and reaching into the nail bed. Do this for all the nails.
3. Once your rind dries out wash your hands with soap and water and pat them dry.
4. Now a few drops of olive oil and rub it well into all your nails. Let this sit for half an hour and wash off. If you don't have olive oil do the same with a good hand cream.

You can do this once a week to your nails after taking off your polish.

Also make sure you use a base coat before putting on your nail paints, a good base coat forms a seal on your nail making sure the nail polish doesn't ruin your natural nail.

And if you are not a polish lover, do try and use a base coat - it will make sure that any other staining objects that your hands come in contact with will not stain your nails.

Caution - if you have a cut on your hand skip this procedure as the lemon is going to sting like crazy!

Do you have any tips for whiter nails?

  4. Great job. Yeah, we all love to make our nails gorgeous looking and to keep healthy. But really it's sometimes very tiresome efforts for the lack of perfect polish ideas and knowledge and the yellows stain-oh, that's really so ugly to keep longer on the nails. Well, let me say my hearty thanks for this awesome project. I enjoyed every words you texted here for us. The DIY process to remove the yellow stain and regaining the brightness of the nails you disclosed were totally worth to follow. I appreciate your brilliant job. Also would like to recommend Nail Dip Powder marketed by SNSnails after an extensive research work to bring the nails healthy and excellent look. Perhaps, all the nails art hunter will find it interesting.
